• How will I ship?
  • We have our own logistics warehouse to ship our products. We will choose to ship to the nearest warehouse.
  • When will my order be shipped?
  • We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days. Expected to reach the customer within 5-7 days
  • I ordered multiple items. Will they be shipped at the same time?
  • We try to make sure that all of your items arrive at the same time. Sometimes our items are not always shipped together, as different shipping methods can be used depending on the product. You will receive an email notification email after the items have been shipped.
  • Can I change the shipping address of my package after it has been shipped?
  • Unfortunately, once the product is on its way, we will not be able to change the shipment.

  • How do I change my shipping address?

  • Does the price include shipping?
  • If the product is marked as "Free Shipping", there is no shipping charge. Shipping is free to anywhere in the world.
